Information we collect
We process account email, login data, credit transactions, the selected system voice, task status, and technical logs required to operate the service.
How information is used
This information supports authentication, billing, speech synthesis, private history, security, and service troubleshooting.
Source text and generated audio
Your full source text is stored privately with the task so you can review history and generate it again. Application logs do not record the full text by default. Generated audio is retained until you delete it.
Processing and storage
Text and system voice settings are sent to a controlled IndexTTS2 runtime, and the generated MP3 is stored in object storage. Provider credentials and internal configuration are never exposed to the client.
Deletion and privacy requests
You can delete generated results from Audio History. For other privacy requests, email support@leolovetracy.com .
